Woodbridge covers the southwest corner of Vaughan, west of Highway 400 and north of Steeles. The original village on Woodbridge Avenue dates back to the 1830s, and the fall fair at the Woodbridge Fairgrounds has run since 1847. From the 1950s on, many Italian families moved here from Toronto, and the community still has one of the largest Italian populations in Canada.

Several generations often share one household here, and grandparents sometimes need different care from the kids. Dr. Sayeh Maralani makes partial dentures, crowns and bridges, and implant crowns once a specialist has placed the implant. Our hygienists offer scaling and root planing for gums that need more than a routine cleaning.

Woodbridge is a drive from our office, and we'll say so plainly. Patients who come anyway often like the free parking, the evening hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and being able to book family members in the same visit.

Getting here from Woodbridge

By car

Take Highway 7 or Steeles Avenue to Highway 400 south, then Highway 401 east. Exit at Bathurst Street, turn north, and drive past Wilson Avenue to just north of Sheppard. 4430 Bathurst St has a free parking lot.

By transit

Take a YRT bus east to Vaughan Metropolitan Centre or Pioneer Village station. Ride Line 1 south to Sheppard West, then transfer to the 84 Sheppard West bus heading east to Bathurst Street. Use the YRT trip planner to find the best bus from your street.

Tip: Highway 401 is slowest in the late afternoon. A morning appointment, or a Tuesday or Thursday after 6 p.m., is often an easier drive.

We're in Suite 509 on the 5th floor of 4430 Bathurst St. Both elevators in the lobby go to the 5th floor. Several other dental offices share this building, so look for Suite 509. Free parking behind the building, including wheelchair-accessible spaces.
