Clanton Park fills the triangle of North York between Sheppard Avenue, Bathurst Street and Highway 401, reaching west toward Downsview Park. The area grew out of the old crossroads village of Dublin, and the name lives on at Dublin Heights school. Today you'll find 1950s bungalows next to mid-rise condos built on former airport land.
It is one of the most varied corners of the city. By car
Take Wilson Heights Blvd, Faywood Blvd or Bathurst St north to Sheppard Avenue West. Turn onto Bathurst heading north; 4430 Bathurst St is just past the intersection. Use the building's free parking lot.
By transit
From the Faywood side, ride the 84 Sheppard West bus east toward Bathurst. Closer to Bathurst, the 7 Bathurst bus runs north to Sheppard and stops near the building. Sheppard West station on Line 1 is also on the 84 route.
Tip: Families near Earl Bales Park or Dublin Heights can often walk it in under 25 minutes.
