Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about visiting our office.

Frequently asked questions
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. Send a request online or call 416-638-1374. We see children, adults and seniors, and families can book together.
Do you accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)?
Yes. We check your CDCP coverage before treatment and explain any co-payment in advance. We can't fill in CDCP applications, but we can point you to where to apply.
Can you see me today for a toothache?
Call us as early as you can. We offer same-day visits for urgent problems whenever possible, Monday to Thursday.
When should my child first see a dentist?
By their first birthday, or within six months of the first tooth coming in. Early visits are short and gentle and help children feel at home.
Which languages do you speak?
English, Farsi, Russian and Ukrainian.
Where do I park, and how do I find you?
There's a free parking lot at 4430 Bathurst St. We're in Suite 509 on the 5th floor. Several dental offices share the building, so look for Suite 509.
What are your hours?
Monday and Wednesday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. We're closed Friday to Sunday.
Do you bill my insurance directly?
Yes. We send claims to your insurer, so you pay only your portion. Bring your plan details and we'll check your coverage first.
Do you offer laughing gas?
No. Sedation, including nitrous oxide (laughing gas), isn't offered at our office. We help nervous patients with a calm pace, clear explanations and breaks. Very anxious children are referred to a specialist.
Do you place dental implants?
We plan your care and make and fit the implant crown, bridge or denture here. The implant surgery itself is arranged with a specialist.
Is the office accessible?
Yes. There's a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking, seating and washroom.
What if I have a dental emergency when you're closed?
Call 416-638-1374: our voicemail message gives the number of an emergency dental clinic. You can also email or text us, because we answer emails and texts after hours and on weekends. If you have trouble breathing or swallowing, or major facial swelling, go to the nearest hospital emergency department or call 911.
