Midtown Toronto centres on Yonge and Eglinton, an area of condo towers, offices and busy sidewalks surrounded by older streets of semis and detached houses in Davisville, Chaplin Estates and North Toronto. Many residents are young professionals and couples who rely on the subway and rarely drive.

For them, our office is an easy trip in the opposite direction from rush-hour crowds. Line 1 runs north to Sheppard-Yonge in a few minutes, and the 84 Sheppard West bus brings you to Bathurst. We're open until 7 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so you can come after work.

Midtown patients often ask about the details of their smile. Dr. Sayeh Maralani offers in-office and take-home whitening, composite bonding for small chips, veneers, and Invisalign planned with an iTero scan. Desk workers who clench under stress can ask about a custom night guard.

Getting here from Midtown Toronto

By car

Drive north on Avenue Road or Bathurst Street to Highway 401, or stay on Bathurst all the way. Continue north on Bathurst past Wilson to just above Sheppard. 4430 Bathurst St is on the right. The lot at our building is free, unlike most of midtown.

By transit

From Eglinton station, take Line 1 north to Sheppard-Yonge. Transfer to the 84 Sheppard West bus heading west and get off at Bathurst Street. Our building is a short walk north of the corner.

Tip: Northbound trains in the evening are quieter than southbound ones, so a 5 or 6 p.m. Tuesday or Thursday slot is an easy commute.

We're in Suite 509 on the 5th floor of 4430 Bathurst St. Both elevators in the lobby go to the 5th floor. Several other dental offices share this building, so look for Suite 509. Free parking behind the building, including wheelchair-accessible spaces.

Midtown Toronto dental FAQ

How long does transit take from Yonge and Eglinton?

Usually about 30 to 40 minutes: Line 1 north to Sheppard-Yonge, then the 84 Sheppard West bus to Bathurst.

What's the difference between bonding and veneers?

Bonding adds tooth-coloured composite directly to a tooth, often in one visit. Veneers are thin shells of composite, E.max or zirconia that cover the front of the tooth.

Do I need a night guard?

If you wake with jaw soreness, headaches or worn teeth, you may be clenching or grinding. Dr. Maralani can check and recommend a custom guard.

Do you offer traditional braces?

No. We offer Invisalign clear aligners. If braces would suit you better, we'll refer you to an orthodontist.
