A dentist east of Downsview and Roding Park

Downsview-Roding takes in the streets between Highway 400 and Allen Road, from the 401 up to Sheppard, along with the land around the former Canadian Forces Base. Many of its bungalows went up after the Second World War, and the area has long been home to Italian families. In recent years Filipino families and newer townhouse buyers near Downsview Park have joined them.

We see patients from here at every stage of life. Older residents often come to us for partial dentures, repairs to old fillings, or a tooth that has started to ache under a large filling. Dr. Sayeh Maralani does most root canals here and refers complex cases to an endodontist when needed.

When something hurts, call us first. We try to see urgent problems the same day, Monday to Thursday, and the trip along Sheppard is short. For gums that bleed or have deep pockets, our hygienists offer scaling and root planing, a deeper cleaning below the gumline.

Getting here from Downsview-Roding

By car

Drive east on Sheppard Avenue West from Keele, Dufferin or Allen Road to Bathurst Street. Turn left onto Bathurst; our building at 4430 Bathurst St is just north of the intersection. From the Wilson Avenue side, go east on Wilson to Bathurst and turn north. Park free in the lot.

By transit

Walk or ride to Wilson or Downsview Park station and take Line 1 to Sheppard West station. From there, the 84 Sheppard West bus runs east along Sheppard to Bathurst Street, a short walk from our door.

Tip: The 84 bus is the key link. From Sheppard West station the ride to Bathurst is only a few stops.

We're in Suite 509 on the 5th floor of 4430 Bathurst St. Both elevators in the lobby go to the 5th floor. Several other dental offices share this building, so look for Suite 509. Free parking behind the building, including wheelchair-accessible spaces.
