Important Financial Policies and Billing Info

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Debit.

For patients with insurance, we will submit our fees electronically to your insurance company to ensure the shortest reimbursement time. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered or on the day of completion of a complex multi-appointment case. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. So often a simple telephone call or email will quickly resolve any misunderstandings about your insurance coverage and provide information about what you are covered for as well as what procedures are not covered. Most of all, our staff wants you to feel very comfortable asking any questions you may have. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. And don’t hesitate to call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance reimbursement within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid out to you is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is very much appreciated. For complex multi-appointment dental treatment we can often make personalized payment arrangements but this needs to be discussed before beginning the actual procedure.
