The doctor is an honest person. The staff are also very polite. We didn't end up receiving treatment—our situation was more of an orthodontic issue—but I will definitely go back.

Wednesday, October 7, 2026 Tremendous thank you to the team here for fitting me in to get emergency laser on a cold sore (the worst!). They were so kind despite me running late. This is my first time getting this done. They explained the process before beginning, they explained the aftercare clearly and let me know the best way to tackle my healthcare related to this issue. Thankfully, my dental insurance covered most of it and hopefully it will speed the healing. The procedure is $239 without coverage. The pain minimized immediately. The procedure wasn't painful. The staff were so kind, calm, patient, friendly-everything I am missing in my day to day life so walking into this office was really helpful to my healing since my immune system is clearly struggling. I personally appreciate an all female staff as I live with daily abuse in my home life from my policy holder. Having the caring energy and help from women is something I deeply need and appreciate for the short amount of time I was there. Thank you again.

This appointment was amazing as it was the last one, finishing off with a cleaning, after many months of necessary important work. I was referred to Dr. Maralani by friends after my dentist retired. Of course I was nervous, but that soon changed over time when I saw the care and concern that everyone at Lilac Family Dentistry had, especially Dr. Maralani. From friendly and efficient Jennifer at reception, Olga at my side stroking my hand when I was especially nervous to Nicole's gentle but thorough cleaning, I felt heard, understood and well cared for. Dr. Maralani is the best. I strongly recommend Lilac Family Dentistry.

Dr. Sayeh Maralani took over the practice of my dentist who retired last year, so I was introduced to her for my semi annual cleaning this week. Vira the hygienist did an excellent job in cleaning my teeth, probably the best cleaning I have ever had, you can tell she is so involved in her job and gave me very good helpful hints. She pointed out an issue I had, which I most likely had for quite some time that I never knew about which alerted me to keeping that area clean and she showed me how to. Then I met with Dr. Sayeh Maralani , we talked and I decided to go ahead with a procedure she recommended that I never heard of before and went ahead to have it done a few days later. She performed the procedure beautifully in such a kind, patient and caring manner. You can tell she loves to make her patients happy. Her assistant Olga was a gem, right on top of things and caring as well. They make a wonderful team! I have to admit that Lilac Family Dentistry has been the best dental experience I have ever had. Also to mentioned that Josie who handles reception is truly a sweetheart. She is on the ball and quick to respond. They treat you as if you are family and now I am only too happy to finally smile with my mouth open. . . . . . . . . : Updating this previous review. . . . . . . . I walked in there without an appointment because I realized that they would be closed for 3 days and was afraid in case I had an infection, so I had an x'ray and Dr. Maralani checked and confirmed it was an infection and got prescribed antibiotics. Dr. Maralani is always available in emergency cases as she cares deeply for her patients. I always recommend her to those who are looking for a reputable dentist. Maybe I should have called, but I was in the area at the time and took a chance to just walk in, glad I did.

Wanted a woman dentist and found Lilac Family Dentistry. I got a few cavities fixed, a mouth guard, a crown and cleaning. Everything was done really well. Even when I said my crown needed an adjustment, Dr. Sayeh came after my cleaning and adjusted what needed. Im happy I found them

Dr. Maralani is fantastic-- she's highly efficient, knowledgeable, compassionate, and makes you feel like you're in great hands when it comes to more intense procedures. I live downtown and still choose to come all the way to her clinic because I've had a few dental issues over time and have seen so many terrible dentists in the past, but she's definitely world class.

Thank you Dr. Maralani. We had an excellent experience at this dental office with Dr. Maralani. She was absolutely wonderful with our children, ages 6 and 8. From the moment we walked in, she and her team made them feel comfortable, relaxed, and completely at ease. Dr. Maralani is kind, patient, professional, and truly has a special way with kids. She took the time to explain everything in a gentle and reassuring manner, which made the entire visit stress-free for both our children and us as parents. It’s not easy to find a dentist who combines such professionalism with genuine warmth and care for children. We are very grateful for the outstanding experience and highly recommend Dr. Maralani and the entire office to any family looking for exceptional pediatric dental care.

I have been going to Lilac Family Dentistry for a few years now. They are an excellent family dentistry office. Dr. Sayeh Maralani is really super. She is very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. All of the hygienists that have done my cleanings have also been top-notch. I have never had any problems with Lilac dentistry regarding bookings, insurance co-ordination or the work that they have performed. Five stars !

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! After many years of poor dental hygiene and avoiding bad dentist experiences, I'm proud to say I've re-gained my confidence & overcome my fears and it's all thanks to this dental office. They are the kindest, most patient caring people i've met in a long time. Jennifer in the office is always happy to greet you. Olga & Dr. Sayeh Maralani are always so cheerful, considerate and she does a very thorough job. The hygienist is also amazing! I'm almost 8 months pregnant now and when I got dizzy and had to pause procedure they knew just what to do. Chocolate! 🍫 haha. Always a pleasure coming to the dentist now. Dr Maralani is incredible. She understood my needs and came through with giving me a better looking smile! I have been coming to this office for 30 years and Jennifer ar the front desk is incredible. She always addresses our needs and is so kind and caring. Nicole, the Hygenist gave us the absolute best cleaning that we have ever had! Last but certainly not least, Olga, Dr Maralanis right hand is amazing. Olga and Dr Maralani keep my teeth healthy and looking their best! I look forward to going to the dentist!!!

I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic. The dentist Dr. Sayeh was extremely professional, kind, and patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The clinic is very clean and well organized, and the staff made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received and highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for high-quality dental care.

I just recently switched dentists, and I’m so glad that I did! I’m so glad that I found Dr. Maralani and her wonderful team! I had my first appointment with them this week and it could not have gone better! Special shout out to my hygienist! She is so kind and caring and I found her to be very informative as well! I’m already looking forward to my next dental cleaning with her! I also just wanted to mention that I’ve seen some other people make some unfortunate comments about the prices here. Her office does in fact bill insurance providers directly and please keep in mind that the doctor herself doesn’t choose these fees. She follows the same Ontario Dental Association 2025 fee guide that all general dentists follow as well. I hope that helps clear up any confusion or misunderstandings about pricing. This really is a top-tier office! I’m so grateful I found Lilac Family Dentistry!

I had cavities treated, cleaning, and even a tooth extraction — everything went so smoothly. I was so happy with the service that I immediately recommended it to my husband. My favorite dental clinic, which my husband found completely by chance—totally unfair, because this has been my best experience so far! An incredibly wonderful place with very warm and kind doctors and staff. :) I really want to express my gratitude for the treatment (for the first time, I had no discomfort at all after the anesthesia wore off) and the excellent cleaning (the best experience I've ever had)! I absolutely recommend it!

Dr. Maralani is highly skilled, gentle and very kind and she takes the time to answer questions in great detail. Soft, calming music is always playing which helps to relax me. I have been her patient for 4 years and I trust her implicitly. Josie is a wonderful administrator who always has a smile on her face and a kind word to say.
